Scars, abrasions
A scar is a tissue on the skin that replaces the original skin after injury. It is a result of biological healing processes on the skin or other organs, including various tissues. Thus, the formation of a scar is a natural process. Except for tiny wounds, all injuries, such as the ones from car accidents or surgeries, result in a degree of scarring.
A scarred tissue is composed of the same protein (collagen) as the tissue it replaces. However, the fibrous composition of the protein happens to be different.
To treat such an affected area, it is advisable to use natural hemp ointments and oils, possibly supplemented with chamomile or propolis, which can be found in our online store.
