Applications (adults only)

1. Apply 1 hour before bedtime
2. Remove the film and apply the patch to clean, dry, hair-free skin. Best parts of the body: outer part of the shoulders, inner part of the forearm, back of the foot, shoulder blade, lower back or thigh. Change body parts for better results.
3. Use them consistently, for a minimum of 14 nights. Results and reactions vary from person to person.
4. Remove the patch in the morning after waking up.
