How to dose CBD liquids?

It's much easier to dose CBD foods where each serving corresponds to a certain amount of CBD than it is to determine it while vaping. Unfortunately, to know how much you're smoking per puff, you have to do a little math! Each of our 5% terpene CBD e-liquid bottles is 10ml in volume and contains 500mg of CBD. This means that if you fill the volumes below, the CBD content will be as follows:

 0.5ml = 25mg
 1ml = 50mg
 2ml = 100mg
 3ml = 150mg

The CBD content when inhaled will depend entirely on your device and vaping style. We are all different and you can inhale much more than someone else! What you need to do is calculate approximately how many puffs your cartridge or tank contains. Our 1ml cartridge holds approximately 200-300 puffs, depending on the strength of your inhale and the voltage of your battery (obviously the lower the voltage, the more puffs). This results in approximately 0.5-1mg of CBD per puff.

Our CBD liquids are not the strongest, so if you want to inhale a little more, try our high strength CBD vape cartridges. Our 0.5ml cartridges contain 250-300mg of CBD with 60% cannabinoids!

How to fill a vaping cartridge

Our vape cartridges are made with the latest ceramic coil technology designed for use with CBD liquids and work best with our CBD vape pen. Below are instructions for filling your vape cartridges:

- Unscrew the white tip of the cartridge.
- Using a syringe or fine-tipped vial, fill the cartridge up to 1mm below the top edge of the glass.
- A few seconds after filling the cartridge, screw the cap back on and be sure to tighten it properly!
- Turn the cartridge over and leave it in this position for several hours. This will reduce the risk of leakage.
- Do not refill the vape cartridge more than three times as this increases the likelihood of leakage.
- Do not use these cartridges to smoke nicotine products.

About CBD vaping

CBD vaping has the highest bioavailability of all CBD consumption methods - including CBD oil tincture and other CBD consumer products such as gum. Bioavailability refers to the amount and rate at which a substance is absorbed into the bloodstream. So if something has a high bioavailability, it means that a high percentage is absorbed at a fast rate, which is the case with CBD and vaping. Liquid for vaping CBD is actually much more concentrated than other formats because you get a large amount of CBD in a very small particle of vapor. Whereas with edible CBD, for example, the CBD is diluted with all the other ingredients that make up the edible substance. In addition, CBD is absorbed almost immediately after inhalation through the lungs, which have a large blood supply, leaving a larger surface area for absorption. In contrast, with edible CBD, a small amount can be absorbed in the mouth through the tongue, but most of it is absorbed after you digest your edible product. So when you think about it, there's a high probability that a lot is lost along the way when you eat the CBD and don't vaporize it!
