Who are we?
We are Canatura Wholesale, the largest specialized hemp wholesaler in the Czech Republic. We offer the widest range of hemp products: hemp cosmetics, food, CBD and CBG food supplements, vaporizers, literature, seeds and more. Everything in one place, in the best quality and at reasonable prices.

Do I need to be registered to create a wholesale order?
Yes, a wholesale order requires registration, which will be approved only for entities that have an active ID. Registration does not bind you to anything and we approve it within 48 hours (usually much earlier). You will receive a confirmation email, a wholesale prices will become visible in the eshop  and you can shopping.

What do I get from registration?
You will become our business partner and you can start buying our goods at wholesale prices. You will be able to get additional discounts on turnover, you will have an overview of marketing events and news in the range.

Where and when will I see wholesale prices?
After approving your registration and successful login, you will see wholesale prices (with VAT and without VAT) for each product.

Is there a minimum order?
No, the minimum order is not limited.

What are the payment options?
The payment option must be selected before completing each order. You have the following options to choose from:

  • Bank transfer
  • By credit card
  • Cash/Card on delivery
  • Cash on delivery of the goods in our warehouse in Příbram, Czech Republic

We accept payments in Czech crowns and Euros.

Is an additional change in the order possible?
The change is only possible if the order has not yet been fully processed or shipped. To verify the possibilities in case of an error in the order, please contact us as soon as possible on +420 774 426 440.

When do you send the ordered goods?
We have 95% of the offered goods in stock, we are able to order the rest quickly. We ship the goods on the same or next working day.

What are the delivery options?
Delivery is possible by Mail Order, Czech Post, courier services, cash on delivery or personal collection in our stone shop in Příbram. We affect the speed of shipment of goods, but not the speed of the transport itself, as that depends on the carrier. Delivery is usually the next working day after dispatch. For sake of a timely delivery especially in busier periods (eg before Christmas), we recommend taking into account the higher demand for transport and ordering more in advance.

Do you also supply goods outside the Czech Republic?
Yes. We deliver also to Slovakia and Europe.

How do I know that my order has been sent?
You will receive a confirmation email. After logging in, you will also see the Order Overview section in your profile. Here you can monitor the processing status and other details of the order. You will also find the order history here.

What is the warranty on the goods?
We provide a standard warranty for all goods in accordance with the law.

Is it possible to claim the goods, return them?
Of course. The goods can be claimed according to the Complaints Procedure. Returns are governed by the Terms and Conditions. If you are not sure how to proceed, contact us at +420 774 426 440 or email contact@canaturawholesale.com.

I forgot my password, what should I do?
There is a Forgotten Password button in the login window. You will be redirected to the Login Name page. After sending, we will send you password reset instructions to the e-mail address provided during registration.

How is my personal data that I enter into the system protected?
The processing of the provided data takes place in accordance with the valid provisions of the relevant legal regulations in the field of personal data protection. Canatura collects the data you provide for the purpose described here.

Can I use your photos and texts to promote goods on my Eshop?
We allow the copying and subsequent use of the content of our website (especially photographs and product descriptions) only to customers with regular subscriptions to our products and after our consent. In the event of termination of cooperation, this license expires. More about copyright here.

Will I get data in the xlm feed for my e-shop?
We do not offer this option yet.

Can I delete my account myself?
You cannot do that yourself. If you no longer wish to have your account in our wholesale e-shop, please send a note from the e-mail used to register to registration@canaturawholesale.com.

I did not receive the order confirmation, what should I do?
Please see if the confirmation is in spam. If you do not have a confirmation even in spam, please call +420 774 426 440 or write to contact@canaturawholesale.com.
