Dabbing

Dabbs (loosely translated as "dabs") are concentrated substances produced by extracting active ingredients from herbs. Depending on their consistency, they are also commonly referred to as waxes, slivers, buds, etc. Dabbs are heated on a hot surface, usually a nail, and the vapors are then inhaled. These highly concentrated mixtures usually have a cannabinoid content of around 75% (and often more) and can be ingested in a variety of ways.
